Eternity lived on the floor of my being
Exulted to my altar where no other could be He stole my life And the anger holds no foundation for the guilt of a little girl robbed He was my love, my lover, my thief He stole my life, my love, my ground, and took them to heaven Where he shackled them to his side.
Searching my whole life
For heaven divided by life
And now I need to live
How long can anger be the truth of my being?
Guilt has no outlet, pain has no home, and torture has
no forgiveness Yes he robbed me and I was lost His gift
was immoral, immortal and immeasurable.
I lost my innocence, my purity, my heart He took them to the other side
And damaged my living soul Can a childhood be salvaged?
On physical, psychological and celestial levels
And grief my only cure I loved, I lost, my lost love, and then mine was found.
What truth escapes my found now?
Aspiration of his grave surely gone
Aspiring to a whole life now
I Can feel the surface tension calming his feel He needs to leave; he needs to right his wrong. Tis only light that now I feel With lifes death dance over.
And my soul flies free
Born again in perfect existence of life never ending. Tis a circle broken by will alone, not mine but another For he wants the whole of me, not the half, not the quarter, not the less than, but the whole me How other than to give up my twin?
And give him up freely with river of flood To be twin free, and try... to be me.
Shall we rest in wholeness and holiness?
Him holy dead and I wholly live
Tis surely the way of life and death, to cross the tide to shore. Tis sure to live, tis sure to breathe, tis sure to want, tis sure to leave. Tis sure abode of one so full of life? tis sure to love and sure to wife And flowers of life, sweet pleasures of living For long alone, for long anew, heart songs shall etch times windows.
Little boy lost? they'll lead him home now To the place he once knew, where he can rest in peace forever My need to live exceeds his need to die Honour and homage for a mission won Of the birth of the golden, humble and radiant child Singing and dancing and playing life's fun game Room only now for whole life resting.
