Love, intimicy and loss

Imagine your life without regret or guilt.
Honesty, nor lies used to exist
Shadows and bright lies to occupy you
In an isolated black and white world.
The lonely world it suffocates you,
Its images twisted and shapeless.
Emotions empty, the black heart hollow.
You caress your life by a thread.
Screams and cries smothered in silence.
Your pleading is merely a whisper.
Hope and faith existing not.
In the looming dark tunnels you lurk within.
Your yellow brick road fades away from sight Breaking the path to colour and dreams.
Your deprived destiny is devoured by darkness To be left in the corners of peace.
Stalking silouettes, printed against the black sky Comfort is your least worry.
You huddle in corners,
Deaths a ticket to dreams,
But it won't be easy just yet.
The thing you fear, is growing within.
The hatred you consume and breathe.
Reality is ceasing.
You're blinded from creation
Seeking but to be whole once again.
The sun not rises, the sun not dawns
For the barrier of pain that shuts out the feeling of flawless reality, Cannot be foresaken.
