The music in my inner sphere
touches me right here, so near.
I go pale and my lips tremble
it throws me out of my temple.
The tune that others cannot hear
clearly bypasses all that I fear.
Times like this my smiling eyes
lose their way in empty skies.
The whole lot is gone astray
even you, the cause of all mislay.
In these moments I am not me
I'm far from what I used be.
My body grows to be an ear
that hears this music ever so clear.
It pulls my careful world apart
altering every agreed part.
One day when you walked in late
things jolted, was hard to negate.
Everyone felt this bizarre dance
that clearly heightened the ambience.
Unseen forces waved heavy curtains
to the Queen of the Amazon girls.
Your gracious royal fragrance
was tainted with innate dominance.
Even your chic rosy nail polish
and classy Lululemon garnish,
couldn't conceal your strong lean
male-heart threatening toned scene.
Beautiful flower of Mysore
in my private Guantanamo.
Grew in the garden of mundane
could not control my quarantine.
Murky and muddy in my soul
grunted and awoke to your call.
The flickering forgotten cares
made my gray eyes swimming with tears.
A fatal rhythm in my core
started beating with ruthless vigor.
Then sugary venom flooded this
delicate body-mind-consciousness.
Your risky glance kinda tickled
the powers of my clandestine world.
Then kicked and blasted all that is mean what culture tries to cover, so keen.
Spinning the fiery carriage
of ethereal stallions with rage,
up in the rampant tornado
above the yoga studio.
I held the rein of your feral force
with my strong arms and a rigid corpse.
With all my tears, River Ganga
I greet you Lady Ashtanga.
Glimpsing a ray of the sunrise
falling through the gaps of the skies,
took the faraway look from my eyes
lowering me from your topless heights.
In that beam looped powder of gold
like dust on the heavenly road
behind the far-fetched cart of tune
spotting you lovely vanishing hoon.
