My Lover's Ego

Twisting and turning, this beautiful thing Sensitive, warm and on occasion will glow; Its not a fad, a fancy or a fling It is my Lover's Ego.

Tucked away tight and warm
Residing safe in his massive brain;
It keeps me lovingly torn
....And on occasion, drives me insane

He guards it well from prying eyes
Behind a wall of polite, glass-like facade; Through appreciative female glances and sighs They cannot get his attention, its just too hard

In the darkest night, i am lucky to see, His gentle mind, revealed only to me.
How lucky i am, what joy and how sublime; That he allows his massive brain, to entertain this heart of mine

Twisting and turning, massive and in tune, He knows he is my Sun, oh to only be his moon!
I kiss him well and pray to whatever above That he never changes, this Ego that i love.
